Rooftop Units (RTUs)
Most retail, restaurant, and office spaces in the GTA are conditioned by packaged rooftop units. They are workhorses, but they fail in predictable ways: compressor lockouts on a hot day, blower motor seizures, gas valve issues, and economizer dampers stuck open. We diagnose on the roof and quote on the floor, usually within the same visit.
Split Systems & Multi-Zone
Smaller commercial spaces — boutique retail, professional offices, condo amenity rooms — often run on split systems or multi-zone setups. We install Mitsubishi VRF as our primary multi-zone line and service Daikin, Carrier, Lennox, LG, and most other major commercial brands.
Makeup Air & Exhaust
Restaurants and food-service kitchens live and die by makeup-air and exhaust balance. If your hood is pulling negative against the dining room, doors slam, gas appliances backdraft, and the kitchen heats up. We diagnose balance issues, re-tune fans, and replace failed motors fast — your inspection and your service both depend on it.
Refrigeration (Walk-Ins, Reach-Ins)
We service commercial refrigeration: walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-ins, and prep tables. Common calls: warm box, iced-up evaporator, compressor short-cycling, defrost timer failure, and leaking refrigerant lines.
