Do you service condos or apartments?
On the residential side we service houses and townhouses only — detached, semi-detached, and row houses. We don't take on condos or apartment buildings. Condo amenity spaces are handled through our commercial service.
How fast can you come out?
We offer 24/7 emergency availability. Appointment timing depends on the location, the problem, and the calls already scheduled, so phone us for the clearest current arrival window.
Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?
Our diagnostic is a flat $150 to inspect and diagnose your system, and it's waived 100% if you go ahead with the repair. We're repair-first, and we'll explain honestly whether the practical next step is a repair or replacement.
Which Toronto neighbourhoods do you serve?
We're based in west Toronto and serve Wallace Emerson, Junction Triangle, Roncesvalles, High Park, Bloordale, Little Italy, most of Toronto, and east Etobicoke. Call us if you're outside the core list.
