Residential Heating
Furnace and boiler service for Toronto homes.
From forced-air gas furnaces in newer builds to cast-iron radiators in century homes, we keep the heat on through the cold months.

Gas Furnaces
Most Toronto homes built after the 1960s run on a high-efficiency gas furnace. For new installs we lead with Rheem — that's our primary furnace line — and we service every major brand: Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, York, Bryant, and others. Common no-heat calls come down to flame sensors, igniters, pressure switches, condensate blockages, and aging blower motors — most are fixable the same day. If your furnace is over fifteen years old and on its second major part, we will price out a replacement and let you decide.
Boilers & Radiators
If you live in a pre-war home in the West End, your heat probably comes from cast-iron radiators fed by a basement boiler. Most HVAC techs in the city no longer want to touch hydronic systems. We do.
Heating services in detail
How we approach heating
Repair-first. We diagnose, explain the problem, and quote before we start changing parts. If a system has clear life left in it, you keep your money. If it does not, we tell you straight and price out a real replacement instead of band-aiding what is failing.
If the equipment does not respond correctly to the wall control, we also provide thermostat installation and repair for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and connected cooling systems.
